Family Visa is a process of legally obtaining the government approval for an expatriate’s family to come and stay in UAE with him/her. Family Visa can be obtained from the immigration department after going through the required processes and producing the required documents. Any expat who is working or running his/her own business in UAE and holds either an employment visa or Investor/Partner Visa is eligible to bring his/her family to UAE if he/she fulfills the criteria required for the same.

REQUIREMENTS
• Net salary of the sponsor should not be less than AED 4000 while basic salary of the sponsor should not be less than AED 3000
• Passport of the applicants should be valid for at least 6 months
